Acceptance

By creating an account or using TrakPeak, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

What TrakPeak is

TrakPeak is a fitness and nutrition tracker that reconciles the training, food, and recovery you log into a personalized plan, calorie and macro targets, and weekly progress verdicts. Your targets and verdicts are computed deterministically from published formulas and your own real logged data. AI is used to explain and converse, never to calculate the numbers themselves.

Not medical advice

TrakPeak provides fitness and nutrition tracking and education. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and does not give dosing guidance for any medication, including GLP-1 medications. If you're managing a medical condition or taking a prescribed medication, talk to your doctor before making changes based on anything in this app.

Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be 13 or older to create an account.

Subscriptions

Core logging and your weekly verdict are free, permanently. See the Pledge. TrakPeak PRO is a paid subscription billed through Stripe (or, on iOS, through Apple's in-app purchase system where applicable). You can cancel anytime; your data is never held hostage by cancellation.

Acceptable use

Don't use TrakPeak to violate the law, interfere with the service, or access another user's data without authorization.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Menu → Settings → Delete account, which permanently removes your data. We may suspend or close an account that is being used to break these terms, to abuse or attack the service or other users, or where we are required to by law. Except where the law or an ongoing investigation prevents it, we will tell you why, and you keep the right to export your data first.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

TrakPeak is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind. We work to keep the calculations correct and the service running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that it will be free of mistakes, or that any plan, forecast, or verdict will produce a particular result.

What you do with what the app tells you is your decision. Training and nutrition carry inherent risk, and the "Not medical advice" section above applies. To the fullest extent the law allows, Core Techitect, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for any injury, health outcome, or loss that arises from following a generated plan or acting on anything in the app.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty US dollars.

Some places do not allow these exclusions. Nothing here takes away a right you have under the consumer law where you live.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, and you and we each agree to those courts hearing it.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change we revise the date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects your rights, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. You will not have to re-read this page to find out.
